30 Minutes easy, containing 7 x 1 minute pickups (4 Miles approx)


I ran 30 Minutes easy, containing 7 x 1 minute pickups in my Nike Skylon Mk3's. I felt a bit tired & a bit beat up from all the road running I've been doing. Maybe the tiredness is linked to the boil on my neck?
