On this day:

93 minutes easy to steady, (12.5 Miles approx)

I ran 93 minutes, starting easy & picking up as the run went on. We went with a group of local runners, from the Publix drug store car park to the 'Bridge of Lions' and back (all on road). I ran in my Adidas Response's. My right ankle was sore but apart from that, no other niggles.

On this day:

Anastasia FL State Park XC 10k (8.5 Miles Total)

07:10 - 14 minute warmup, containing strides. Felt a few aches but they largely loosened off. Adidas Response [2 Miles].
07:30 -XC 10k, Nike Mayflys- time meaningless as it was an easy victory, despite the stewards enquiry. Jogged the first 2 miles to avoid heat stress, 1 minute winning margin! - 36:52 [???, 13:05, 6:00, 6:15, 5:57, 5:34 1.25 Miles].
08:10 - 10 minute cooldown with Dad, Adidas Response, no aches [1 Mile].

Boil popped, extremely septic and gross. Probably accounts for my tiredness of late, and I feel much better now.

Weeks Mileage : 60 Miles

I ran 30 Minutes easy, containing 7 x 1 minute pickups in my Nike Skylon Mk3's. I felt a bit tired & a bit beat up from all the road running I've been doing. Maybe the tiredness is linked to the boil on my neck?
