Weighed myself this morning and it appears I have realized a
5lb loss since the end of Febuary! The figures from my
Tanita BF-572 Bodyfat scales are as below:
Weight: 9st 11.2lb
Bodyfat: 5.7%
If I were to use my coach's scales, I would read another 4lb lighter (his under-read loads), which puts me pretty close to my optimum racing weight. Ideally I'd like to drop another 7lbs by the end of the Summer (in time for my
Marathon), but I'm not going to rush it, as long as the performance gains come, I'm happy.
