Training Schedule for Week beginning April 17th
Having spoken to 'King Dick', I now have next weeks schedule, which given the BUSA's at the end of the week, is another easy week. Errr, yay! I love bordom me...Sunday: Bracknell Half Marathon (inc. warmup & cooldown ~17 miles)
Monday: Rest
Tuesday: 35 minutes Easy ( 5 Miles)
Wednesday: 21 minutes Easy (3 Miles) AM, 42 minutes Easy (6 Miles) PM
Thursday: 35 minutes Easy with Strides (5 Miles)
Friday: Rest
Saturday: BUSA 10k (Sub 34:10)
