THE M.P.U, Roberto, his 'Mrs' and I went to 'The Lookout', Bracknell, for the weekly long run (newer NB 832's). I felt a little bit sluggish from the excesses of Friday night, but nothing too severe. I felt strong & economical on the numerous climbs present in the area, and I found the run rather enjoyable. I had to show some self-discipline to not stride out on several occasions during the run. I'm also starting to get my head around the long runs now, one and half hours on my feet doesn't seem like such a horrific task any more.
