4 Miles Easy, Untimed


I ran a solo run this afternoon in my Nike Zoom Vapour's after gauzing my toe up to cushion the flesh somewhat. I ran to and around Prospect Park. The shoes felt rather stiff, and the upper impinged on my raw toe inducing significant levels of pain. I'm going to have to figure out how to pad it out a bit better I'm to do any decent mileage on it.
