FOR a change I ran around one of Roberto's loops this evening - a 3.5 Mile loop with a few climbs, the key landmarks on it being Riley's snooker hall and the fire station. I was shod in my older NB 832's, and although I still felt a little tired from yesterday's cumulative mileage, I felt we were running at a fair clip (sub 6:30/mile pace). My left foot was a little bit sore whilst I was warming up, but nothing severe.
