73 minutes easy, 10 Miles approx
I ran a cut down version of the long run loop I've been doing for the last couple of weeks with the MPU shod in my older NB 832's. My left shin felt a bit sore generally, but nothing too localized. Overall I felt stacks better than the last couple of mediocre long runs, both in lungs and legs. I even finished off the run with a sprint along the Bath Road TT section (untimed, as it would have been a P-poor clocking off the back of a long run), just for kicks!

Hi
I am part of a team that has developed a free blogging software called Qumana. Our new version has a special feature called AdGenta, which is a software for inserting ads. I was hoping that this will sound interesting to you. You have the liberty of customizing your ads based on your posts. it would be really great if you could check it out at www.qumana.com and some feedback would be much appreciated at luana@qumana.com...thanks.
Hey – I’m a triathlete in Atlanta, and I just found this great website you or your blog audience might be interested in. It’s sportsnutritionclinic.com – it lets you enter workouts, food intake, and a number of other factors and then gives you feedback on your within-day energy balance. It’s a great system, and it’s backed by some really credible people in sports nutrition. You should check it out! I was able to get a 30% off discount code that I’m passing along. If you’re interested, go to sportsnutritionclinic.com and enter the code: SNCBC626 in the group/promo code field on the bottom of the signup page. Good luck!
