PAIN AWAITS
Martin e-mailed Saturdays session, 4x1200 (2min recovery) target time 3:45 that is 75sec laps(5min miles). Should be fun in the heat that's predicted. It looks to me that our bodies are being steered toward being 'comfortable' at 5min mile speed, the sessions have been at that pace or slightly faster with various recoveries (usual depleting) Hopefully this will give us a significant leap forward at the 10k and 5k distance this summer.
