Thursday 30 Junes run (5 miles)
Dead slow run kept pulse below 160bpm, ran in my nike frees for roughly 30min felt like realy nice shoes.finally got some anti-biotics for this cough. The Doc said that my lungs sound clear(that rules uot infection i thought?), it is most likely seasonal but if i'ts not clearing up in a week to make another apointment.
