Tuesday 16th Augusts run ( 4miles)
I ran along the river from home for 14 minuets today at a slow pace. I felt tired and dehydrated. I think we ran to fast yesterday really. The inside of my left ankle is a little tender, This could well be down to running the distance in Nike Frees' yesterday. Still a little far for them I guess, however; they where fine during the run.

I'm suprised that the shoes didn't suit for longer distances. Maybe it's the lack of laces leading to more rolling around in the shoe? I've been reading accounts of people running full marathons in Free's, so I reckon you and me can handle up to 10 miles in them in training, no hassle. Just a question of building up to it...
You are probably right, However it could be them being knackered due to the washing machine? Also the terrain was a little bumpy, so my feet would roll in even more in those shoes. Good session last night?
