Sunday 9th Octobers run (15 miles)
2 warm up plus Henley half marathon.. Bad run. The first mile was too quick but only just, I think the marathon is still looking good because i've done nothing faster than this pace for weeks. I could have run the distance again if not for dodgy groin muscles (they reduced my stride leangth to nothing at about 5 miles) in short i've endurance by the bagfull but no speed to match..for the moment.
