Wednesday 18th January (7.5 miles)

When will i learn not to wear flats with a calf strain????

Still its not that bad, 2 mile warm up 3x2000m with 3min (aprox) recoverys run in 6:40,43 and 36. With a 1.5 mile cool down. I ran with Craig, Toby and Nigel. A good group really, the pace was comfortable and I would've done a 4th rep exept my calf was not playing ball, feels much better today thou (thursday) Please note this session was supposed to be 84 second laps but ended up around 80s (oh well).

Note to Nigel 2000m is 5 laps (tee hee)

how far is a marathon again rob he he.great session mate i was hanging on a tad on last lap but i am ginja he he.cheers for info on championship if i can find some form on last races that taylor boy can be beaten.take care.nige
