Wed 27th April
AM 25 min in the mud with Mr T Ran around the tow path, bloody mud. easy run but iv'e got a tight perifofis muscle, bit sore as soon as i got out of bed (I did manage to put clothes on tho)
PM 20min warm up in Bracknell plus 3miles hard on track(no recovery) 5:37 5:34 5:42 really tight arse muscles (not ring) Mr T ran well, left me for dead. Still, i've not run this fast for at least ten days or so. Still think 5:45 might be a possibility for Sundays run, if I can stop getting bloody niggles for a week at least. DAY TOTAL 10miles aprox.

Tue 26th Aprils run
Ran with Craig and Nev from their house around the river (about 5 miles) 33:45.
Good run, fairly steady pace but not to much effort. Legs still tired from Sundays Welsh hills, but I am going to try to get to the track tommorow at some point.I've Got a half Marathon at the weekend, a top ten finish should be fairly easy. Hopefully Nigel can come and give me a run for my money as he's skiving of the Marlow 5 to shave his legs or something!!
Thanks to Craig for setting this blog up for me, and well done on his victory at the weekend, you deserve it nearly as much as me :) well done mate.

SUNDAYS LARGE HILLS
BUGGER ME WITH A STICK
I thought Kernow was illy, this takes the piss. I ran from Charlottes house (Naomis Sister) Turned left up a short hill (or so i thought) and carried on for 15min of none stop hill. We are not talking 1% here. 10-11% MINIMUM.
So the moral of the story is move to Abereswyth, get fit fast
