Been a bit off colour the past few days so i've not run but i did 8 ish today.

40 min around the park with 3x3min off 90 seconds recovery, felt ok, but my groin is assisting my hip-flexor... strange.
Tuesday 11th Octobers run (7 miles)
I ran from the Gym to home with Nigel and Craig. Fast, at least 5:40s leg was tiring towrd the end but better than Sunday.

Sunday 9th Octobers run (15 miles)
2 warm up plus Henley half marathon.. Bad run. The first mile was too quick but only just, I think the marathon is still looking good because i've done nothing faster than this pace for weeks. I could have run the distance again if not for dodgy groin muscles (they reduced my stride leangth to nothing at about 5 miles) in short i've endurance by the bagfull but no speed to match..for the moment.

Tuesday 4th Octobers run (6.5 miles)
I ran from the gym with Nigel, we ran a bit of the Henley half marathon route at an easy/steady pace. Plus a small weights routine.

Monday 3rd Octobers run (14 miles)
I ran the 10miler out along the river and back, and tagged a loop of the park on the end. Quick till 5, but tired again. Bit of a sore throat. very phlegmy, de-hydration I think.
Sunday 2nd Octobers run (9 miles)
9 easy around the park, felt quick the first half but 'out of sugar the second half'
